SOLD!!! Sage and Flowers, 3 strand necklace

$159.95

SOLD!!! Sage and Flowers is a 3 strand necklace with multi colored Turquoise in 3 shapes and sizes. I used Leopard Skin Jasper to pick up the browns, tans and orange hues of the Turquoise. It's short strand is 17 1/2 inches long and the longest one is 20 inches long. It's finished with Delica Glass spacer beads and a Sterling Silver toggle clasp. Very "earthy" and southwestern in style, this necklace is actually a celebration of my Autumn garden and the Sage and flowers that are still thriving.

As per firemountaingems.com "Leopardskin jasper, also sometimes referred to as jaguar stone, is a beautiful stone of many colors with distinct spotted patterns. Jasper, in fact, gets its name from the Greek word iaspi, which means "spotted stone." This is just one of a multitude of fascinating jaspers found all over the world. In fact, jasper comes in so many unique forms, many are named for their locations. In Oregon alone, there is Rogueite from the Rogue River, Biggs jasper from Biggs, Ochoco jasper from Ochoco Lake and Owyhee jasper from the Owyhee River gorge.

Not surprisingly, Leopardskin Jasper's spiritual values serve as a reminder of the oneness we have with the natural world around us and is a shamanistic stone. Leopardskin Jasper is also very connected to the physical body, credited with supporting and strengthening the spine and thigh muscles, giving us the strength to take action gracefully and powerfully. This gemstone takes its beauty and strength from an animal and passes its power on to us when we wear it. Leopardskin Jasper is most closely associated with the root chakra and the astrological signs Gemini and Scorpio."

Many believe that Turquoise brings in the Wisdom of the Ancient Ones. Also, the colors of these Turquoise beads offer lots of color therapeutic aid. Green is for growth and prosperity. Turquoise signifies truth in your communications.
