I received a few wonderful pictures of the Pacific ocean from the beach in southern California and that inspired this 2 strand necklace, "Pacific Wave".

I used Blue Apatite rounds, Green Aventurine rounds, Faceted Peridot and Quartz Crystals with Blue and Green smooth Seashell beads. It's finished with a brass Silver filled slide and lock clasp.

The short strand is 17 inches and the longer one is 18 1/2 inches.

Peridot is the birthstone for August.

It stimulates life-giving energy throughout the body and engenders activity and movement while assisting in physical regeneration." It's thought that green is the color of prosperity and abundance and so those properties relate to both Green Aventurine and Peridot.
