Purple Flowers. 21 Inch bracelet with 7 1/4" and 7 1/2" bracelets/necklace extenders

$151.85

My Butterfly Bush, Lavender, Russian Sage and Sage are all blooming beautiful Purple Flowers, so that's my inspiration for this set. Purple Flowers includes a 21 inch Amethyst, Banded Amethyst and Cultured Mauve Potato Pearls necklace and 2 bracelets/necklace extenders. Bracelet #1 has 2 Cultured Pearls and is 7 1/2 inches long. Bracelet #2 has 12 Cultured Pearls and is 7 1/4 inches long. All three pieces have the same type of Silver Filled round toggle clasps, so they can attached to each other in several different ways!

Adding Bracelet #1 to the necklace you'll have a 28 1/2 inch long piece or adding Bracelet #2 you'll have a 28 1/4 inch long set. If you want it longer, attaching them all together gives you 35 3/4 inches for a totally different look!

Amethyst is February's birthstone and Cultured Pearls are June's birthstone. The Rose Quartz isn't a birthstone, but it's called a "stone of love" and is thought to help heal the heart! "The origin of this gemstone, according to the ancient Greeks, was the nymph Amethystos. She resisted the advances of Dionysus, god of wine and revelry, praying for protection. The virgin goddess Artemis answered, transforming her into a clear or white stone. Dionysus, in despair or regret, poured wine over it—dyeing the crystal purple and creating what we now know as amethyst.

With purple being the color of royalty in the ancient Mediterranean, amethyst quickly became a symbol of power and wealth. It adorned the robes and crowns of monarchs and was valued as highly as ruby, emerald, and sapphire. Amethyst continues to hold court in the regalia of royalty and religious leaders alike—including pieces in the British Crown Jewels and those worn by officials in the Church of Scotland and Roman Catholic Church.

Amethyst is also the birthstone for February. Amethyst meaning today often connects to peace, clarity and spiritual growth, making it a thoughtful gift and a powerful choice in jewelry design.

Because of its mythic association with sobriety, amethyst has long been believed to prevent intoxication and curb indulgence. These amethyst properties have made the stone a symbol of clarity, discipline and wisdom. Worn to enhance decision-making and protect the mind, amethyst was often gifted to young warriors to promote clear thinking in battle.

Leonardo da Vinci claimed amethyst could dispel evil thoughts and sharpen the intellect. It has been used by healers to heighten intuition and spiritual awareness. Across cultures, amethyst meaning represents peace, serenity and unity. Many people use amethyst during meditation for spiritual balance and clarity.

Some naturopaths also associate amethyst with supporting sleep, regulating sugar imbalances and relieving headaches." as per firemountaingems.

They also say, "Some healers use pearls to help balance body rhythms and hormone levels with lunar cycles, and to harmonize human beings with the natural world. The inner glow (orient) of pearls is thought to tap inner wisdom and nurture love. Cultured freshwater pearl meaning is also associated with innocence and faith.

Practitioners use pearls to enhance personal integrity, bring truth forward, grow sincerity and inhibit immodest behavior. Cultured freshwater pearl meaning is linked to wisdom, as well.

Natural pearls are still ground up and used in medicine and beauty treatments, as they are a source of pharmaceutical calcium and natural iridescence. They are thought to relieve bloating, increase fertility and ease childbirth."

There is so much versatility with this set that you can create different necklace and bracelet looks with them!
