Southwest Sunflowers, 3 strand necklace

Southwest Sunflowers, 3 strand necklace
Southwest Sunflowers was inspired by Vincent Van Gogh's painting Sunflowers that I have reproduced on a throw pillow! I've always loved that painting, and I decided that it would make a great necklace!
I used Citrine in 3 shapes and sizes, Peach Moonstone faceted rondelles, Red Agate rounds, 1 Carnelian oval and Turquoise. It's finished with Delica Glass spacer beads and a Gold filled brass flower slide and lock clasp. The short strand is 18 3/4 inches long and the longest one is 21 1/2 inches long.
This fun spring and summery necklace will be a great addition to your jewelry collection.
According to crystalvaults.com, "Natural Citrine is a premier stone of manifestation, imagination, and personal will. Carrying the power of the sun, it is warm and comforting, energizing, and life-giving. It stimulates the chakras like the sunlight of spring, clearing the mind and stirring the soul to action.
Its frequency awakens creativity and imagination and sustains the process of transforming dreams and wishes into tangible form. With its pure yellow energy, Citrine encourages the fullness of life, fresh beginnings, and new pursuits."
As per crystalviden.com, "Peach Moonstone has developed many meanings throughout the ages. Known as “Dream Stone”, “Stone Of New Beginnings”, “Traveler’s Stone” and “Stone Of Sudden Inspiration”, Peach Moonstone has the ability to touch many aspects of your life.
The meaning of Peach Moonstone is all about acceptance, goodness, creativity, and loving energy. It’s also known for igniting a passion for what really makes you happy, and it can give you the courage to pursue dreams that may have been long given up. For anyone who has the fortune to tap into this energy, Peach Moonstone can really become a “Stone Of New Beginnings.”
Due to its strong connection to the moon, Peach Moonstone is primarily known as a women’s stone. It’s absolutely bursting with feminine energy and its various healing properties can foster goodness, acceptance of situations, and self-love. Peach Moonstone is also great for supporting fertility, creating calmness, and helping the user face transition and change with a courageous and open heart."
"Throughout history, Red Agate was known as the Warriors Stone. No matter which side they were on, soldiers would wear this stone to stay safe from injury amid battle.
Many crystal practitioners believe that the stone’s protective qualities persist today. Some believers seek the stone out as a totem that connects to guardian angels above and Mother Earth below. You might see people putting a stone in their car, carrying one in their bag, or keeping a rock in their pocket! "
Finally, energymuse.com says, "If Turquoise has found its way into your life, it’s a sign that you’re in need of its healing powers. The Turquoise meaning is connected to the healing energy of water, the life-giving element that sustains the planet and the origins of life itself. This energy of renewal and rejuvenation is what gives the Turquoise crystal meaning its unique ability to support healing intentions and overall well-being.
The water-like qualities of the Turquoise stone also guide you to a state of calm and tranquility, which can aid in stress-relief and the elimination of negative energies. In this way, you can also use the Turquoise healing properties for energetic protection and shielding. One of the best ways to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of tranquility and calm are by incorporating the Turquoise meaning into your daily meditation. Meditating with it can help you enter a peaceful state of relaxation when you dreamily float down its proverbial river of tranquility."
Adding Southwest Sunflowers to your jewelry wardrobe will enhance so many outfits and bring a lot of sunshine into your life!
