Let It Rain is my ode to this late monsoon season, full of sudden thunderstorms, continuous drizzle and full on downpours! In the high desert, we're used to some monsoons, but this week has been beyond "normal". All of that inspired this 3 strand Labradorite necklace. I used many shapes and sizes including the beautiful teardrop Labradorite and silver pendant.

The short strand is 16 inches and the long one is 20 inches not including the pendant which is 2 inches long. I finished the ends with sparkling clear glass spacer beads and a silver filled brass slide and lock clasp. Everything is sparkly and reminds me of the rain water that's everywhere!

According to Inuit legend, a warrior saw the Northern Lights trapped in stone and freed some of them with his spear, leaving the rest behind to shimmer within Labradorite.
