Birdseye is a 2 strand necklace with Birdseye Rhyolite ovals, Ryolite saucers, Hessonite Garnet facets and round Moonstone. I used Delica Glass spacer beads and a Silver filled toggle clasp to finish Birdseye.

The total inspiration is from the Birdseye Rhyolite beads. I bought them years ago, and just found them in an unmarked box of "treasures" yesterday afternoon during a thunderstorm! The short strand is 16 1/2 inches long and the longer one is 18 3/4 incheds long. January's birthstone is Garnet. I wore this necklace for a while after I made it and I have to say it was very soothing, comforting and relaxing!
